Hi! My name is Danielle. I’m a Melbourne girl, but in 2024 when I left my DV relationship, I hopped on a plane with four suitcases, my three children and my two cats to start a new life in Hervey Bay, QLD. I was incredibly fortunate to have my parents invite us to live in this beautiful coastal town with them.

 

I’m currently studying counselling, specialising in relationships and trauma, due to graduate at the end of 2025. I plan to either work for a local women’s DV service or go into private practice. I spend my spare time advocating in a local women’s rights group, café hopping with my kids, reading, listening to Taylor Swift and The Beatles, and watching horror movies.
